WHO WE ARE

Our History, Our Values, Our Focus

North City Congress (NCC) was founded in 1963 as a coalition of over 50 community-based organizations united by a shared goal of driving social change. Today, NCC remains dedicated to this mission by offering meaningful services that help older adults connect with peers, assist individuals with disabilities and seniors maintain independence in their homes, and support youth-focused nonprofits.

At NCC, we prioritize committed individuals who deliver high-quality services to those striving to live purposeful and fulfilling lives within their communities.

We provide top-tier, home- and community-based services for individuals seeking behavioral health support, seniors and individuals with disabilities, and children with autism.

Our core mission is to "support individuals with disabilities, children, and older adults in their efforts to remain independent, nurture their talents and interests, lead healthy lives, and stay active and engaged in their communities."
