The Team at North City Congress is committed to serving the community of North Philadelphia and we are privileged to support older adults in their quest to remain independent, to nurture and share their many talents and interests. North City Congress finds solutions to meet the needs of food insecurity, intellectual and physical maintenance and the desire for exposure to the creative and performing arts.
