Welcome to the North City Congress (“NCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online forms, content, and any other online services we provide (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


1. Who We Are

North City Congress is a nonprofit organization serving individuals, families, and communities in North Philadelphia through a range of programs and services. The information on this Site is provided to help you learn about our work, connect with services, donate, and get involved.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
