Our Mission

North City Congress (NCC) fosters strong, inclusive communities by empowering individuals and families through community-based services that promote health, wellness, independence, and opportunity. Through youth development, behavioral health services, support for individuals with disabilities, home and community-based care, and active aging programs, we help people of all ages lead meaningful, connected, and fulfilling lives.
