North City Congress offers supportive services for older adults through our In-Home Support Program (IHSP). Our staff is available to assist older adults in their homes and at our center.

IHSP is for the person who may need a little extra help to continue to live in their home independently. If you or someone you know is over 60 and does not need assistance with personal care, but cannot leave the home safely without assistance, cannot drive or use SEPTA, help may be available. Some of the services offered are: home delivered meals, adaptive equipment, a senior companion, assistance with applying for benefits, housing advocacy and representation.
